(a) Course I: 10 virtual sessions conducted daily over two weeks: Part I (July), Part II (December)

Elevating Value Awareness + Practicum
4 modules + Practicum (time between modules 2 and 3)
Cohort 1: Mondays, 11 am - 12:30 pm, August 17/24 and October 19/26
Cohort 2: Thursdays, 7 - 8:30 pm, August 20/27 and October 22/29
Who would benefit from “Synergy Coaching - Value Awareness” training
- Coaches who want to examine value awareness from the perspective of the client. Credentialed Coaches of the International Coaching Federation: both courses are approved by ICF for coaching education credits, focusing on ICF Competencies 2, 5, 6, 7, and 8.
Bonus: Being that 70% of coaches work for themselves as solopreneurs (International Association of Career Coaches, 2025), coaches who take this training may also gain additional knowledge and insights for their own entrepreneurial success.
