"The Superpower of Synergy Coaching to Empower, Engage, and Embolden: Illuminating Value Awareness through the Lens of Micropreneurs and Solopreneurs" takes a deeper dive into value awareness by engaging synergistic approaches that support clients' ability to recognize and apply inside attributes to outside activities of decision-making, relationship building, and conflict management. Sessions are offered virtually so that anyone, anywhere, can join in the exploration and learning.
Two Offerings for Sessions “Illuminating Values” is offered through two formats: (a) series of 10 sessions conducted daily over two weeks, July 27-31 and December 7 - 11. Values and Practicum Activities
"The Superpower of Synergy Coaching to Empower, Engage, and Embolden: Elevating Value Awareness through Practicum Activities" challenges the coach engage synergistic approaches as they partner with clients to bring the inside attribute of values to the outside actions of decision-making, relationship building, and conflict management. The learning from 4 virtual synchronous sessions are reinforced through a 4-hour practicum. Participants design and implement an experiment that lead to findings of how aware their clients are regarding their values and the roles these values play. Results are shared during the last session.
The four sessions are offered through two formats:
1) Thursday Series: 7 - 8:30 pm, Zoom, April 16, May 21, August 20, September 17
2) Monday Series: 11:00 am - 12:30 pm EST (New York): TBA
Practicum is conducted independently between Sessions 1 and 4.
Fee: $197.00.
