Illuminating Value Awareness through the Lens of Micropreneurs and Solopreneurs
The Superpower of Synergy Coaching to Empower, Engage, and Embolden: Illuminating Value Awareness through the Lens of Micropreneurs and Solopreneurs takes a deep dive into value awareness by engaging synergistic approaches to bringing inside attributes to outside decision-making, relationship building, and conflict management. Sessions are offered virtually so that anyone, anywhere, can join in the exploration and learning.
2 Training Opportunities
“Illuminating Values” is offered through two formats:
(a) 2-part series of 10 virtual sessions conducted daily over two weeks: Part I (July), Part II (December)
(b) individual virtual sessions conducted monthly on Fridays.
Session Time
Each session is conducted from 12 noon – 1:15 pm ( New York).

Who would benefit from “Illuminating Values” sessions
- Coaches who want to examine value awareness from the perspective of the client. Credentialed Coaches of the International Coaching Federation: The 2-part series of 10 trainings has been approved by ICF for 8 core competencies and 2 resource development credits, focusing on ICF Competencies 2, 5, 6, 7, and 8.
Bonus: Being that 70% of coaches work for themselves as solopreneurs (International Association of Career Coaches, 2025), coaches who take this training may also gain additional knowledge and insights for their own entrepreneurial success.
- Intrapreneurs who want to improve their ability to interact with colleagues and clients through value awareness.
- Solopreneurs, thought leaders, and other independent leaders who want unique insights into how value awareness enhances business connections and advances career aspirations.
